As a result of Bill 139, Building Better Communities and Conserving Watersheds Act, 2017, the Ontario Municipal Board (OMB) is preparing to become the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal (LPAT), upon proclamation.  We are working to develop new approaches to managing Planning Act appeals that are impacted by Bill 139, and are working to streamline case management and hearing room processes to better meet legislated timelines for hearing appeals.

We would like to invite you to join us for our webinar on these changes: “Local Planning Appeal Tribunal:  A Primer”.
