New ARB Process for Representatives Filing Multiple Appeals

The Assessment Review Board (ARB) is pleased to introduce a new process that will make it easier to file bulk appeals. This process is intended for Representatives who would like to file more than 25 appeals under one transaction.

To use this new process, complete the Multiple Appeals Filed by Representative Payment Form (Word) and Excel Template.

A tip sheet (Word) has also been created to assist you in completing the Excel Template.

There are two options to submit multiple appeals:

Option 1: E-mail AND Secure Fax

  1. Email the completed Excel template to registrar@ontario.ca, and
  2. Fax the completed payment form, a copy of the e-mail sent above on your company’s letterhead to ARB’s secure fax number 416-314-3717 or 1-877-849-2066.

Option 2: Mail OR Drop-off

  1. The completed Excel template saved on a USB, and
  2. The Payment form, along with your payment to ARB’s head office.

Please note: If you are filing less than 25 appeals, continue to use our e-file option or mail or drop off a completed appeal form (PDF) to the ARB head office.
