OMB Rule 107 Change, effective January 1, 2017

Decisions of the OMB will now be delivered by email instead of by hard copy mailing. Rule 107 will reflect this change effective January 1, 2017. Previous Rule 107:

  1. Effective Date of Board Decision: A Board decision is effective on the date that the decision or order is issued in hard copy, unless it states otherwise.

New Rule 107 effective January 1, 2017:

  1. Effective Date of Board Decision: A Board decision is effective on the date that the decision or order is issued by electronic means, or in hard copy, unless the decision or order states otherwise.
