The Citizen Liaison Office is a department at the Environmental Review Tribunal (ERT) that is available to assist with explaining the Board’s rules, practices and procedures. The Citizen Liaison is available to assist you in making the ERT more accessible and easier to understand.

Does the Citizen Liaison Office provide presentations to groups?
The Citizen Liaison Office may send a representative to answer questions at ratepayers associations, community meetings, municipal meetings and other functions. Please contact the Citizen Liaison’s Office in advance of your meeting to discuss your request.
